If the product you ordered is unsatisfactory, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item and exchange it for a product of equal or lesser value OR a refund, excluding the original shipping cost.
SHIPPING INFO
Our products are handmade fresh for each order to maximize shelf life. You can expect your order to be prepared within 5-7 days and shipped using Canada Post (2-3 business days for Western Canada & 3-5 business days for Eastern Canada).
Little Larch playdough is shipped within Canada using Canada Post (International Shipping coming soon!). Shipping rates are calculated based on quantity and location within Canada.
